2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

  • Federal Workers: Our clinic provides services specifically related to injured federal workers under the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA) and DOL-OWCP guidelines. You may be required to provide documentation related to your federal employment and injury claim in order to receive treatment.
  • Age Requirement: By accessing our digital systems, portals, and opting into SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our platforms and communications are strictly directed to individuals who are 18 and older.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Scheduling an appointment requires sharing personal and medical information with our staff.
  • We ask that patients provide at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations.
  • Missed appointments without notice may result in rescheduling delays and disrupt the progression of your OWCP claim.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
